Are you a certified "utangera"? Are you having sleepless nights thinking about either how you can repay your tons of debts or how to avoid paying them ? Or simply someone wishing that there is a magic wand that can make you disappear from this cruel world or hibernate for a period of time until that collecting agency, a neighbour or that someone you used to call friend forgets about you and the money you owed them?
